Heaton

Officially named as ‘hip and trendy’ by Phil & Kirsty on an episode of Channel 4’s  ‘Location, Location, Location’, Heaton is becoming more and more popular with students renting in Newcastle.If you’re a student, property in Heaton is more affordable than in Newcastle city centre and Jesmond.The relaxed, friendly area is great for students, and especially convenient for those studying at Northumbria University and based at their Coach Lane Campus.Heaton is within easy walking distance from Newcastle city centre, making it a great place to access all that it has to offer, from student nightlife to shopping, however it offers some quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Jesmond

Jesmond is one of the best student areas in Newcastle, with a fantastic array of shops, bars and places to eat, with great transport links and in close proximity to Newcastle and Northumbria University campuses, Jesmond is a popular area and one of the most sought-after for student accommodation in Newcastle.
