Lightning lets strike again for Newcastle landlords
Newcastle landlords have seen demand for their properties rocket, with some securing tenants before being brought to the market, with help from one of the region’s leading student lettings agents.
Properties, in Newcastle City Centre and the wider suburbs, successfully let within a matter of days, or before they were even advertised, with the help of property experts Walton Robinson.
One property in St Andrews Street, Newcastle City Centre, was let before being advertised, with the tenancy being snapped up by a pair of medical students.
Working together, the Lettings and Valuations Teams combined their efforts to turnaround the lettings process in record timing.

Another landlord saw a block of six student apartments in Barker Street, Shieldfield and three further apartments in Bridge View House, successfully let after a fruitful marketing campaign.
With a combination of property listings, social media and banner advertising, the agency achieved over 120 leads for these properties, letting them all in just a few weeks.
