House Price Index - February 2018

Demands continue to be resilient into February!

Rightmove property portal confirms January 2018 has been it's busiest month ever, with house-hunter visits hitting over 141 million. The number of homes coming to the market was also up by 2% on the previous year. 

According to Rightmove, prices of properties coming to the market in the UK is up by 0.8% which is an average of £2,414. Looking at the North East specifically, the average time it takes for properties to sell is 92 days. The average house price in February is £146,295 which is 3.6% more than the previous month.
