We are also members of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Client Money Protection scheme.
Our standard landlord fee for a Tenant Find service is between 42% and 120% of one calendar month’s rent inclusive of VAT (subject to a minimum fee of £480 inc. VAT).
Our standard landlord fee for a Full Property Management service is between 8.4% and 15% inclusive of VAT (payable in addition to the Tenant Find fee, above).
We are also able to offer an All-Inclusive Property Management service which costs between 12% and 25% inclusive of VAT.
