The award scheme from Feefo recognises companies that have gone above and beyond for their customers over the last 12 months, and is awarded purely based on the opinions of verified customers.
Now known as Seekers, the agency remains the only one in the Newcastle area to have been awarded this accolade.

Seekers prides itself on putting customer service at the forefront of its activities, and is one of only a handful of agencies to use Feefo as an independent feedback tool.
