One of the prominent Lettings and Estate Agents in Newcastle has unveiled its fresh identity and forward-looking vision for the future of student accommodation and the private rental sector in the local area.

The agency formerly known as Walton Robinson, specialising in catering to students, professionals, and families seeking rental properties, is now reborn as Seekers.

This rebranding endeavor will not disrupt existing arrangements for current tenants and landlords; rather, it signifies a shift in the agency's aspirations, leveraging its more than two decades of operational experience.

Walton Robinson was established in 2001 when founder Mark Walton acquired a significant portfolio of professional and student-managed properties, as well as a landlord database.

As the agency evolved over time, its services and focus transformed. With a commitment to progress and innovation, a fresh name, visual identity, and ethos were seen as the optimal pathway forward.
