Seekers soars to platinum status in Trusted Service Awards

Earlier this month Seekers achieved the prestigious Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an independent accolade acknowledging businesses that consistently excel in providing top-notch customer experience.

Introduced by Feefo in 2014, the Trusted Service Awards commend brands using the platform to gather verified reviews and garner exceptional feedback from their clients. The awards are set apart by their genuine reflection of a company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, drawing insights from real customer feedback.

As the largest global provider of verified reviews, Feefo collaborates with over 6,500 brands. Through the analysis of verified reviews, Feefo aids businesses in better understanding their customers, offering valuable insights into consumer trends, needs, and habits.

Feefo has granted Platinum Trusted Service status to businesses that have consistently upheld the Gold standard for three consecutive years. To qualify for the Gold Trusted Service Award, companies must have amassed a minimum of 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating ranging between 4.5 and 4.9 from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023.
