Bills packages for students

We understand that one of the most stressful things about moving property is getting to grips with countless new bills and direct debits. After seeing the struggles and taking in the feedback from many students over the years, we thought — why not fix it?

Before you start your tenancy with us, we offer to set up your utility bills for you in the form of an all-inclusive bills package. Yep, we’ll take away all that stress in exchange for a small monthly fee depending on your property size.

Our team will lease with utility companies on your behalf, and we’ll have everything you need ready for your move-in date. We’re talking internet, water, energy, and a TV licence. The only thing you need to do? Send us regular meter readings to ensure appropriate energy usage, and we’ll do the rest. Consistent support throughout your tenancy period

As well as supporting you at the start and end of your tenancy, we’re also on hand for rental advice and assistance in between. 

We’re able to do this as we work closely on behalf of our student landlords to provide you with the best renting experience possible in Newcastle, so any issues or queries will be resolved as quickly as possible by our team.
